Plastic News Names Engineered Profiles as One of the Best Places to Work

WOW. So, this is what it feels like to be a winner of this prestigious award. What a great feeling to be on stage. Our company has been participating in the survey since 2016, and this is our first year to receive this honor. 

On behalf of Engineered Profiles, we would like to say thank you to Plastic News for sponsoring the Best Places to Work awards and conducting the annual survey. Our mission at Engineered Profiles is to "be irresistible to our customers, associates and community", and this award provides us with an indicator that we are heading in the right direction in our journey.

We would like to say congratulations to all the other winners that are represented here tonight. We look forward to the conversations this week and in the future and learning about your successes, especially the companies that have been recognized for many years as a Best Place to Work. 

To all the companies represented here, we wish you continued success and look forward to hearing about your journey. As we can attest, there is no single "silver bullet" to winning the award. 

Finally, we need to thank our employees for the recognition as we collectively work towards creating a positive, engaging culture. As we've reflected on the past year, there is not one single activity, policy change or project that we implemented that we could point to that increased our overall score. It is just our everyday focus on achieving this mission that has led to a collection of incremental changes.
